Van Driver​/Bellperson: Part-time

Shift Times:
Morning/Mid-day/Evening shifts (must have open availability for weekdays and weekends)

Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference. To serve and assist guests during their stay by creating a memorable and efficient arrival, check in, departure and overall stay experience. To handle guest requests including help with luggage, transportation, information and other

• 1. Read, match, and assist guests with luggage/tags, write claim tickets and detach portion to give to guest(s).
• 2. Driver is responsible for greeting guests and driving guests to and from requested destinations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
• 3. Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• 4. Escort customers to accommodations, visually inspect room and respond to any guest requests.
• 5. Organize and store luggage as necessary in a designated area.
• 4. Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding all hotel service to the guests.
• 5. Stay informed on current events and entertainment around the city.
• 6. Performs any other job related duties as assigned.
• 7. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• 8. Stock the pantry for guests
• 9. Must have valid driver's license.
