Hotel Front Desk Staff

Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour based on experience. Type: W-2 part-time.

Location:

Atlanta, GA and Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett and Clayton counties.

You staff hotel front desks: check-in and check-out, reservations, guest requests, and the property's PMS. Shifts cover vacations, call-outs and peak periods at hotels across the market.

Atlanta is our headquarters market: hotels, conference centers, caterers and venues from downtown and Midtown to Buckhead, Perimeter, Gwinnett and the airport corridor.

• Check guests in and out and handle reservations
• Resolve guest requests and route issues
• Work the property's PMS accurately
• Keep the lobby and desk presentable

• 6 or more months of hotel front desk or guest services experience; PMS experience (Opera, OnQ, Fosse or similar) preferred
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)

• $15.00 to $17.00 per hour based on experience, W-2, paid biweekly by direct deposit
• Paid training before your first shift
