Melt, LLC is seeking the Hospitality Manager – Bay Host to own the guest experience across Dooley Field’s hospitality spaces, including 22 bays, the VIP Lounge, Locker Room, Recruiting Lounge and Plaza. You will build, train and lead the host teams, set a single service standard, and ensure a seamless, timer-driven guest flow.
This role writes the tour playbook, coordinates premium spaces, oversees beverage service and guest recovery, and leads pre-event and post-event readiness.
