Night Auditor at TownePlace Suites

Take the Lead in Overseeing Night Operations & Guest Services!

Are you an experienced hotel professional looking for an exciting role that combines guest interaction, accounting responsibilities, and night shift independence? Towne Place Suites Atlanta Buckhead is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee the hotel’s overnight operations, manage financial tasks, and provide exceptional guest service.

Schedule:

Evening shifts (3 PM-11 PM) and Overnight shifts (11 PM-7 AM); flexibility required for weekends and holidays.

• Front Desk Operations
• Handle the check-in and check-out process for guests, making sure they have a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Greet guests with a sincere, friendly welcome, using clear communication to answer questions about local attractions, hotel amenities, and other requests.
• Coordinate with restaurants and bars to ensure smooth file maintenance and system resets for next-day operations.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy and proactive solutions.
• Night Audit & Financial Reporting
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly, reset the system for the next day, and generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary).

• Amazing guest service skills.
• Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to listen and address guest and employee concerns with empathy and proactive solutions.
• Proficient with computers and comfortable with moderately complex systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to observe and detect potential emergency situations.

• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
• Light work, including lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
