We are looking for a Bilingual Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at the corporate office in Atlanta, GA. If you’ve built performance review frameworks, led engagement initiatives, and helped leaders have better conversations with their teams—this role is for you. You’ll drive programs that strengthen associate growth, development, and connection across the company.

We are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Florida or nearby who are willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA.

What You’ll Do…

  • Implement and drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback loops, and annual reviews
  • Support leaders in conducting effective performance conversations and coaching
  • Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development opportunities
  • Conduct associate experience surveys and help develop action plans based on insights
  • Improve the associate journey, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to build career pathing frameworks and mentorship programs
  • Collaborate with leadership to create associate recognition programs
  • Support leadership in identifying high-potential associates and creating succession plans to ensure talent readiness for key roles
  • Develop mentorship and coaching programs to support associate growth
  • Develop reporting tools and dashboards to provide insights into performance and engagement trends
  • Track and report on HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve retention

What Can You Bring…

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience, with proven experience on development, performance, or talent management
  • Candidates located in Florida or nearby must be willing to relocate to Georgia and work in-office
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent with focus in a related field is preferred
  • A proactive, people-focused mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
  • Self-starter, comfortable prioritizing own tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and fast-moving projects
