The Construction Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts in Atlanta metro region to support the company’s growing operations and to ensure workforce readiness for expected increases in large infrastructure projects in the region. Recruiter will be responsible for building strategic recruiting partnerships with traditional and non-traditional recruitment programs. The ideal candidate must have a high level of familiarity with the construction industry, be experienced in the recruitment process, and have strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison to develop and maintain partnerships with key recruitment sources, to include schools, technical programs, trade associations and government and military place programs.
  • Promote career opportunities by attending career fairs, community events and school visits.
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for construction field roles at all levels (laborer, operator, surveyor, foreman, etc.) as well as professional and support positions.
  • Conduct interviews, vet experience and references, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding with onboarding team.
  • Track recruiting activity and report results to leadership.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with ATS and sourcing tools (Linked In Recruiter, Handshake, Symplicity, DOL) preferred.
  • 5 years of recruiting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, task-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Recruiting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
