- Talent Acquisition Systems: Oversee the implementation and use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, ensuring that they are being used effectively and efficiently to manage candidate flow and communication.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current recruitment processes and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the candidate experience.

- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or administering an ATS—Fountain experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional system or process initiatives.
- Strong technical aptitude with recruitment platforms, workflows, and data structures; familiarity with integrations between ATS and HRIS is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, surface insights, and drive continuous improvements.
- Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and ensure adoption of new systems or processes.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Passion for enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience through technology and process improvement.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- Prior experience leading an ATS implementation.
- Experience in change management or training program development for system rollouts.
