Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in benefits administration, with payroll experience being a plus. This role will involve handling onboarding and offboarding processes, managing employee benefits, conducting open enrollment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Knowledge and hands‑on experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS is a must.
Key Responsibilities- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and other related plans.
- Open Enrollment: Coordinate and execute the annual benefits open enrollment process, providing guidance and answering employee questions.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead and manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth offboarding experience for departing employees.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Payroll (a Plus): Support payroll processing, including timekeeping, payroll changes, and compliance with payroll policies.
- HRIS Management: Leverage UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) to manage employee records, benefits data, and track key HR metrics.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on benefits administration and onboarding/offboarding.
- Payroll Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus.
- UKG Expertise: Proven experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Skills:
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Base Salary: (depending on experience)
