Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client's team in Atlanta, GA. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will deliver an exceptional candidate experience and provide operational support to a global team of Recruiters and Sourcers. You will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations.

• Supporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team interviews and debrief sessions. Interviews may include high-volume video and on-site interviews, and complex multi-layer scheduling.
• Being an ambassador to the candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage all logistics for interviews and serve as the primary point of contact to the candidate during interviews.
• Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, administering legal documents, and other projects as needed.

• Written communication and resume formatting knowledge; attention to detail.
• Experience with calendar management; 0-3 years of experience, internships, or past roles with frequent scheduling.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Passion for recruitment.
• Interest in candidate experience or customer service.

• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience working collaboratively with a team.
• Demonstrable attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High school diploma.
