HR Business Partner:
The Impact You’ll Have On The Organization and World
- You’ll play a critical role in the success of our sites. As HR Business Partner, you’ll partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- You’ll help us as we grow. You will be an essential part of our continued business growth.
- You’ll act strategically. You’ll translate your deep understanding of Bakelite’s priorities into the highest impacting initiatives. With your flexible skill set, you’ll think strategically and execute tactically.
- You’ll collaborate across the organization. You’ll create influential partnerships with middle and senior management within the organization to execute HR strategies. You’ll also have the opportunity to frequently travel (estimate up to 20%) to our sites and engage with associates. We are seeking candidates willing to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.

- Apply HR policies and procedures in everyday business operations in collaboration and cooperation with HR team members and leadership.
- Manage employee life-cycle processes and programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; performance improvement matters; disputes and investigations; talent management; recognition and engagement as well as training and development.
- Partner with leaders to understand and execute the organization’s talent strategy, particularly as it relates to workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and succession planning to support a high-performing culture.
- Identify and deliver activities to promote high associate engagement.
- Use strong functional HR knowledge and expertise to support and advise managers on HR-related issues, including people concerns, policies, processes, and programs.
