Finance, Payroll & HR Legal Operations Specialist
is a leading online retailer of eyewear, including prescription glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. The group’s optical lab and fulfillment center is located near Atlanta, Georgia. As part of our U.S. expansion, we seek a skilled specialist to oversee site-level payroll, financial operations, and legally oriented HR processes at our Clayton facility.
Role Overview
This on-site position is central to ensuring compliance, precision, and integrity in payroll and Legal HR documentation, while supporting financial management for the site.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance, Payroll & HR Legal Operations Specialist to manage all back-end aspects of payroll and employee documentation. This role will oversee multiple payroll cycles, ensuring accurate processing and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will also handle employee forms, contracts, benefits administration, offboarding documentation, and system updates in Tri Net
.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management & Legal HR Documentation
- Oversee multiple payroll cycles with accuracy and compliance with federal and Georgia state regulations (e.g. FLSA).
- Draft and manage legally significant HR documentation, including employment agreements, contract amendments, termination letters, and offboarding paperwork.
- Maintain accurate employee records in Tri Net or similar HRIS systems.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
- Maintain and update employee data in Tri Net and internal HR systems
- Administer and track employee benefits programs
, including enrollment and eligibility - Develop and update HR policies
, procedures, and employee handbooks - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Finance & Budget Administration
- Track and monitor site-level budget and expenses.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable related to site operations.
- Support with financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and financial operations—preferably in a manufacturing or operational setting.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and HR legal protocols.
- Experience with HRIS systems like Tri Net.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
