Overview
Workday HCM Trainer/ Training Specialist
Responsibilities- Deliver training through multiple methods including in-person, online, virtual, multimedia, etc.
- Program management and administration: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
- Aptitude for learning and using technology for training design and data analysis.
- Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization (Management) or other Workday module within an HR department as an administrator.
- HRIS systems training experience.
- Experience delivering training through multiple methods of delivery including in-person, online, virtual, multimedia, etc.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly both verbally and in writing with audiences at all levels.
- Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
