Talent Acquisition Specialist @ Moore Colson | Driving Strategic Hiring Initiatives

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to support the firm’s strategic growth and culture. This individual will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced hires and enhance the candidate experience, while partnering closely with hiring managers and Talent leadership to build a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced hires across departments, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using Linked In, job boards, networking, and industry events
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Provide support and assistance for campus recruiting efforts, including career fairs, internship programs, and university partnerships
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within public accounting or professional services
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill positions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with CPA firm structures and industry-specific talent needs
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification
