Location:
The preferred location is Atlanta, GA but remote is also ok.
The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function, with a particular focus on Workday reporting and analytics. This role ensures the integrity and reliability of the organization's HRIS—primarily Workday—by partnering with cross-functional HR teams and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable reports and dashboards. The analyst will be the primary point of contact for system-related issues, contributing to data-driven projects and ensuring clean, consistent, and trustworthy HR data within Workday.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of system-generated reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.
- Create and Schedule Advanced and Matrix reports based on the requirements.
- Provide day-to-day functional support to end users with system-related inquiries and support requests.
- Manage incoming help requests from end users via the Service Now ticket system, following department protocols.
- Create calculated fields as needed to assist in the reporting requirements.
- Resolve issues and assist users with how-to questions related to the HRIS system (Workday).
- Review scheduled audit reports and collaborate with HR and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in accordance with change management protocols.
- Support data clean-up and integrity projects across various HR modules.
- Collaborate on HR audit preparation and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Workday systems.
- Experience in Workday Reporting and related areas including calculated fields.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Time-keeping administration knowledge in Workday or Kronos is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and working knowledge of web-based applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and willingness to adjust to support HR and business needs.
