Benefits Specialist

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
• Lead and support annual open enrollment activities, including system configuration, employee communications, and vendor coordination
• Manage EDI file setup, testing, maintenance, and issue resolution with benefits vendors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and escalations
• Maintain and manage benefits data within Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve benefits-related issues
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations

• 4–7 years of experience in benefits administration
• Strong experience with EDI and annual enrollment processes
• Hands‑on experience using Paycom
• Ability to work directly with employees and provide high‑quality customer service
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
