We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Recruiter
. This hybrid position requires 2–3 days per week onsite and is offered as a 3‑month contract, with potential for extension.

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles
• Proactively source, screen, and submit candidates independently
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
• Operate effectively in a lean, fast‑paced environment with minimal structure
• Adapt recruiting strategies as business needs evolve
• Contribute hands‑on to day‑to‑day recruiting execution

• 3‑5 years of recruiting experience, with recent focus on engineering or technical roles
• Proven ability to source and close candidates independently
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on, execution‑focused role
• Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a lean team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Pay range for this position will be $47.86 to $53.57 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
