Job OverviewArcadis seeks an experienced Workers’ Compensation Specialist to coordinate claim management, ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate return-to-work programs, and drive continuous improvement in claim processes.
Responsibilities- Serve as main point of contact between the company and external workers’ compensation carrier, track and manage all claims from initial report to resolution.
- Gather, review, and submit all required documentation to the carrier in a timely manner; coordinate with supervisors and injured employees to ensure accurate reporting of workplace injuries.
- Facilitate clear, timely communication between employees, management, healthcare providers, and the carrier; provide updates to management and affected employees regarding claim status and next steps.
- Ensure all workers’ compensation processes adhere to federal, state, and local regulations; maintain confidential and accurate records of all claims, correspondence, and decisions.
- Assist in preparing reports related to claims trends, costs, and outcomes for management review.
- Collaborate with People, Health & Safety teams, management, and healthcare providers to facilitate safe and timely return-to-work plans; monitor work restrictions and accommodations as recommended by medical professionals.
- Identify opportunities to improve claim handling processes and reduce claim costs; participate in safety committees and contribute to workplace injury prevention initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in workers’ compensation claims management or related field.
- Familiarity with workers’ compensation laws and regulations (state and federal).
- Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000, plus performance‑based incentives and benefits.
