About
The Role
The Global Senior Recruiting Manager – G&A will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and evolving a high-performing recruiting team supporting core corporate functions that power the business behind the business. This role requires deep expertise in building and executing recruiting strategies for functions that are critical to our operational backbone, along with the ability to operate cross-regionally with fluency and strategic intent.
This role will require you to work out of a U.S. based Eastern Time Zone.

- Lead Door Dash’s global recruiting strategy for People, Finance, Legal, Business Development, and Policy & Communications teams.
- Develop and scale hiring strategies that align with both immediate business needs and long-term global expansion plans.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and recruiting managers, enabling growth, alignment, and operational excellence across geographies.
- Partner closely with senior G&A leaders to understand organizational goals and design proactive, scalable talent strategies.
- Build globally aligned recruiting processes and tools while ensuring flexibility for regional nuances, compliance, and localized hiring needs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on talent planning, market insights, and recruitment best practices.
- Track, analyze, and share key recruiting metrics, performance indicators, and pipeline health to inform decisions and drive accountability.
- Champion Door Dash’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive hiring practices across every stage of the recruiting lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People, Analytics, and Employer Brand, to deliver a seamless and globally consistent candidate experience.
- Help Door Dash scale its recruiting infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of a growing, global organization.
- You are a strategic recruiting leader with deep experience supporting corporate G&A functions, especially across People, Finance, Legal, Business Development, and Policy/Comms.
- You bring 8+ years of recruiting experience, including leading globally distributed teams and managing other recruiting managers.
- You’re located in EST time zone.
