Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women (CREW)
We offer a variety of exploratory programs designed to help potential candidates learn more about management consulting, get to know Bain, and build connections with our local offices and affinity groups – all while navigating their early career journeys.
Learn from women leaders at a top firm. We welcome sophomore (second) year undergraduate students to join this program and hear from powerful women leaders in strategy consulting about how they’ve thrived at Bain, to get a feel for working as a consultant, and to build their business toolkit. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn more about our Women at Bain affinity group.
In-person 1.5-day workshop:
Connect with peers, mentors, and potential future colleagues. Attend learning sessions, panels, and breakouts. Build your leadership toolkit and better understand the careers available to you. Hear from women leaders:
Learn what’s so exciting about management consulting from powerful people who’ve been in your shoes.
