Corporate Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist – Osaic Advisors W2 Channel
Osaic is seeking a skilled and strategic Corporate Recruiter to help identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across our Empowered Independence Channel. This role will support a major growth channel focused on W2 advisor integration and administrative support, including acquisition transactions and onboarding into Osaic followed by operational recruiting support post‑acquisition.
LocationAtlanta, GA 30339 (hybrid schedule – minimum 4 days in office). Remote candidates are not accepted at this time.

Responsibilities- Advisory partnership with branch team members and channel leadership.
- Full‑life‑cycle recruiting for all W2 channel roles, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development.
- Consultative talent acquisition practices, onboarding, and training for the W2 channel.
- Metric reporting on time, cost, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Relationship building with HR, business leaders, and internal partners.
- Minimum 7 years of full‑life‑cycle corporate or agency recruiting experience.
- High volume sourcing, screening, and interviewing expertise.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong consultative, influencing, and communication skills.
- Understanding of employment law and experience managing third‑party recruiting processes.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments with frequent change.
- Recruiting within wealth management, financial services, or advisor offices.
- Experience with small business acquisition and W2 advisor transition.
- Advanced Excel, reporting, dashboards, and Workday expertise.
