Job Title:
Director of Human Resources

Location:
Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR department and serve as a strategic partner to the executive team.
- Oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, compensation analysis, benefits renewals, and policy development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Partner with operations to support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- HR Certification: (e.g. SHRM-CP, SPHR)
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Experience with acquisitions and integrating new employees into the organization.
- Ability to conduct compensation analysis and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
