Senior Specialist, Learning Consultant - Locations

Position: Senior Specialist, Learning Consultant - 2 Locations
The Learning Consultant is a strategic partner responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating transformative learning experiences that drive business impact and team member capabilities. This role supports the organization's commitment to building a best-in-class learning environment, empowering team members to excel through targeted onboarding, upskilling, and continuous professional development.

Strategic Learning Partnership:

Consult with Functional leaders and cross-functional partners to diagnose skill gaps and learning needs.
Design and implement learning solutions aligned with business objectives, including onboarding, product training, solution selling, and sales skills development.
Lead measurement strategies to assess learning impact and ROI.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Foster relationships with sales, product management, marketing, and talent management teams.
Advise on best practices for creating engaging, blended learning experiences (e.g., e-learning, workshops, coaching, microlearning).
Holistic Learning Solutions:

Apply human-centered design principles to ensure learning is relevant, personalized, and impactful.
Develop independent learning paths and on-the-job training plans for new hires and experienced team members.
Vendor & Program Management:

Manage external vendors and internal delivery partners to ensure seamless implementation of learning programs.
Inform and track budget and resource allocation for learning initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:

Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to refine learning programs.
Stay current on industry trends, capability frameworks, and best practices in workforce development.
Consult and collaborate with senior leadership and P&C stakeholders to identify talent development needs, objectives, and priorities aligned with organizational goals.

Required:

Specialized Degree:
Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Adult Education or a related field.

Certificates: CPTD or equivalent certification
