ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Process payroll weekly for over 300 employees.
- Assist employees with benefit questions, enrollment, and HRIS issues.
- Conduct employment verifications.
- Maintain current knowledge of Federal and State laws and compliance requirements.
- Manage employee personnel records.
- Drive results passionately by acting swiftly to ensure the long-term best interests of company objectives.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape, including trends in payroll and benefits.
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in Human Resources and payroll
Special Skills/Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the Human Resources field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG and ADP) and Microsoft Office products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
