Jacobs is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter that is passionate about hunting and attracting top talent to make a big impact on the organization. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to fully understand talent needs and requirements for the roles and source qualified candidates in the water O&M industry. You will work with the extraordinary TA team supporting Operations & Maintenance.

• Works with members of the senior leadership team, management, clients and candidates to identify and attract talent.
• With the support of the Recruiters and Regional TA Manager, develop effective recruiting strategies for multiple departments.
• This is a highly visible position requiring the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
• Identify, source, recruit and screen highly qualified candidates.
• Ensure regular communication with hiring managers to discuss candidates and drive the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with potential and passive candidates to build a pipeline of top talent.
• Manage and track candidate activity.
• Maintain all recruiting data and reporting metrics with a high level of confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related Business Administration field preferred.
• At least 5 years of increasing responsibilities in recruiting.
• Proven experience Sourcing & Recruiting within the Water Operations & Maintenance (O&M) industry.
• Experience interfacing with all levels of management and leadership in a corporate environment.
• Ability to present to groups in both large and small settings.
• Ability to obtain results in passive recruitment, sourcing hard-to-find talent, and maintaining candidate relationships.
• Experience with Linked In Recruiter and Indeed.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision or direction.
• Knowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the US.
• Recruitment compliance / law knowledge.
• Fully proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organization; ability to keep and manage data on workload.

• Recruiting experience in either water and O&M.
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Experience providing metrics and data.
• Use of AI in Sourcing.

Jacobs has an unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) policy for full-time salaried/exempt employees, seven paid holidays, one floating holiday, and caregiver leave. Some roles may be eligible for additional rewards including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.

The base salary range for this position is $76,600.00 to $95,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
