Work location- This position may be based anywhere in the United States and includes travel as part of the responsibilities.
Professional level role responsible for ensuring the Success Factors Employee Central module is executed in line with system‑leading practices, business needs and employee experience.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities- Supports EC module and other modules including system configuration and impact analysis. (35%)
- Collaborates with HR subject matter experts to prioritize, plan, develop and test new solutions and enhancements to the HRIS system. (25%)
- Project Management support for implementation, configuration, and upgrade projects including Success Factors releases and impact analysis as part of HRIS team. (15%)
- Design and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation. (15%)
- Provide applicable system training, testing and support as needed. (10%)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Required 3 years of experience in HRIS software (e.g., SAP Success Factors).
- Familiarity with security roles and permissions within HR systems.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Systems Specialist or similar role, with expertise in managing and optimizing HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communications and the ability to adapt the communication to the audience and positively influence others.
- Results oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high growth and innovative company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams.
- Extensive expertise in leading HRIS platforms (Success Factors, SAP, Workforce, etc.) and hands‑on experience with data integration using XML, JSON, and related technologies.
- Work with HR, IT, and Finance teams on system projects, implementations, and data alignment.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HRIS trends and best practices.
- At least 5 years of HR technology experience preferrable in Success Factors.
- Experience supporting HR operations including data audits, compliance reporting, and process optimization.
- Experience collaborating with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Background in change management or user training to support system adoption and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving background with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

The range for this position is $83,300.00 to $. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
