This is a full‑time role for a Human Resources Specialist based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing recruitment efforts, handling employee relations, administering HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance, and assisting in talent development initiatives and culture. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate HR records, advising on workplace best practices, and extending our legacy as an entrepreneurial and faith‑based work environment.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations, recruitment, and talent acquisition
- Proficiency in HR policies implementation, compliance, and workplace best practices
- Ability to manage HR records, data analysis, and reporting
- Experience in planning and executing talent development and employee engagement programs
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR management systems and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required; HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP) are a plus
- Familiarity with labor laws and employee regulations is highly valued
