Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant

Role Overview As part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will drive high-volume recruitment for professional services roles across all levels. This strategic position requires expertise in full-cycle recruitment processes and the ability to serve as a strategic advisor to the business, building comprehensive talent pipelines for diverse professional services functions globally.
What You’ll Do Partner with business leaders to develop targeted sourcing strategies for high-volume professional services recruitment across all career levels. You’ll utilize advanced sourcing methodologies including Boolean searches, social media platforms, and passive candidate engagement to build robust talent pipelines. Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and advise stakeholders on talent market trends. Create inclusive talent maps that identify candidates both within and outside of various industries.
Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights on market conditions, compensation trends, and talent availability. Challenge existing processes through meaningful analytics that strengthen our recruitment approach. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships while representing JLL as a cultural ambassador through social media and external branding initiatives. Create compelling marketing materials to enhance our employer brand in key markets.
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment or sourcing experience in professional services
- Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean searches, social media sourcing, and passive candidate engagement
- Experience in deploying sourcing strategies for hourly/trades rolesi>
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills
- Experience with Workday, Avature, or similar ATS/CRM platforms
- Proven ability to present data and insights to senior leadership
