We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Southeast division of our Paint Stores Group, based in our division office: 2800 Century Parkway NE, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30345
This role focuses on recruiting for early-career positions-including our Sales Management Trainee program and Sales Summer Internship-managing a steady requisition load throughout the year. Candidates must be open to traveling up to 50% during peak campus recruitment seasons (Fall and Spring).
Full Cycle Recruitment- Create and post job requisitions on time and compliantly.
- Screen candidates to evaluate if candidates meet criteria of role.
- Schedule interviews - coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
- Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
- Support the background check and pre-hire process when needed.
- Identify new and creative opportunities for attracting candidates.
- Use various sourcing channels and networks to source and attract candidates.
- Adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute events and outreach efforts.
- Partner with HR, hiring managers, and other business partners to determine staffing needs.
- Keep candidates and business partners informed - communicate necessary updates early and often.
- Provide recruitment training, resources, and best practices to partners as needed.
- Own the data - use systems and tools appropriately to build trust and accuracy in Talent Acquisition reporting.
- Track staffing information and updates.
- Understand and regularly share Talent Acquisition metrics with business partners.
- Work with peers and colleagues to ensure process standards and best practices are leveraged in all parts of the recruitment process.
- Identify and share process improvement ideas to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment process experience.
- Ensure compliance with all local rules, laws, and regulations.
- 1 year of experience in recruiting.
- Sourcing experience leveraging varying forms of recruitment technology.
- Interviewing experience - can identify required skills, experience, competencies, and other job profile preferences.
- Experience in presenting routine recruitment data in addition to identifying data trends.
- Knowledge of Recruitment marketing and branding best practices.
- Knowledge and understanding of local and relevant legislation impacting recruitment and hiring practices
- Valid unrestricted driver's license
- Willingness to travel up to 50% during peak seasons
- Knowledge of the Sherwin-Williams organization.
- Recruiting experience across multiple countries.
- Experience working on Talent Acquisition projects.
- Experience working with external partners and vendors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Sociology.
- Experience using Oracle Recruiting Cloud for applicant tracking.
- Experience using Tableau for data analysis and review.
