Description We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring new employees have a seamless and positive experience as they integrate into the company. This role requires a proactive approach to delivering effective onboarding sessions and fostering an inclusive environment where new hires can succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and facilitate onboarding sessions that introduce company values, culture, and operational procedures.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and department leaders to ensure new employees have necessary resources, access, and training.

- Manage onboarding tasks such as document organization, data entry for new hires, and compliance with company policies.

- Create and maintain digital materials for onboarding, including webinars and workshops.

- Gather and analyze feedback from new employees to improve onboarding processes.

- Ensure all documentation and policies are adhered to in compliance with legal and company standards.

- Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages new hires to feel supported and empowered. Requirements - Proficiency in handling legal forms and documentation.

- Experience conducting background checks and managing related processes.

- Strong expertise in Human Resources administration and onboarding practices.

- Ability to draft and manage legal correspondence effectively.

- Knowledge of benefit functions and related administrative tasks.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Familiarity with digital tools for onboarding and training delivery. Talent Match®
