As the
** Director HRIS**, you will own the strategy and execution of our HR technology ecosystem, with Workday at its core. This role is ideal for a startup-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will build and execute an HRIS roadmap, integrate Workday with other platforms, and deliver reporting that drives data-informed decisions.
** Key Responsibilities
**** HRIS Roadmap & Strategy
*** Develop and implement a multi-year HRIS roadmap aligned with business goals.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency through automation.
** System Implementation
*** Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems in collaboration with HR leadership and IT teams, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other platforms.
** Workday Ownership
*** Oversee configuration, optimization, and governance of Workday across all modules.
* Evaluate and implement new Workday features and functionality.
** Integration & Scalability
*** Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, and ERP systems.
* Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
** Data Management
*** Design and maintain effective data governance processes across HR systems.
* Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with data protection regulations.
** Reporting & Analytics
*** Build dashboards and advanced reporting for leadership.
* Provide insights to support workforce planning and strategic decisions.
** Process Improvement
*** Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology.
* Drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational priorities.
** Vendor Management
*** Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
** Team Leadership
*** Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 HRIS analysts.
* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
** Qualifications**
* *
* Education:
** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
* *
* Experience:
** 7–10 years in HR technology or HRIS roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
* ** Technical
Skills:
** Proficiency in Workday and other HR platforms (ATS, LMS). Strong understanding of data management and analytics.
* ** Startup
Experience:
** High-growth or startup environment experience preferred.
* ** Leadership
Skills:
** Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive change.
* ** Communication:
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* ** Problem-Solving:
** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
* *
* Certifications:
** SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or Workday certifications are a plus.
