You will serve as a strategic business partner, leading the implementation of people management processes, driving talent development, organizational culture, leadership, and performance, while directly contributing to the achievement of each subsidiary’s business objectives.

• Advise leaders on talent, leadership, culture, and employee engagement matters.
• Manage performance, talent development, and succession planning processes.
• Implement culture, leadership, and capability development initiatives.
• Ensure the proper application of corporate people policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and critical talent management processes.
• Act as the bridge between business needs and the corporate People & Culture strategy.
• Lead the performance management cycle across subsidiaries, ensuring its effective execution and linking results to talent development and talent decisions.
• Lead local culture and employee engagement initiatives, monitoring organizational climate, cultural pulse, and early signs of organizational fatigue, in alignment with the corporate strategy.
• Coordinate capability development for local teams by identifying critical business capability needs and overseeing the implementation of corporately defined development initiatives.
• Support significant employee exits, outplacement processes, and exit interviews in accordance with corporate procedures, leveraging key learnings from those experiences.

• A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP or Business Partner.
• Experience working in international companies or matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of talent management, organizational culture, compensation, and people KPIs.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
