Technical Recruiter

Robert Half is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join a business services organization on a Long-term Contract basis in Atlanta, GA. This role is suited for a detail-oriented recruiter who excels at identifying specialized technical talent and guiding candidates through a thoughtful, well-organized hiring process. You will partner with hiring stakeholders to support hiring across engineering, data, product, cloud, and cybersecurity functions while helping maintain an efficient and positive recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the hiring process from kickoff discussions through offer stage for a range of technical openings.
• Identify, engage, and assess candidates for technology-focused roles using proactive sourcing and structured screening methods.
• Develop ongoing pipelines of talent with experience in niche and difficult-to-fill positions to support future hiring needs.
• Arrange interviews, align schedules with hiring teams, and ensure candidates receive clear communication throughout each step.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, workflow updates, and activity reporting within the Grassroots applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and adjust search strategies based on business priorities.
• Support recruitment for positions across software engineering, data, product management, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related technical areas.
• Balance multiple active requisitions at once while keeping timelines, candidate quality, and stakeholder communication on track.
