Executive Recruiter

Manta Search is a boutique recruiting firm specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Operations placements, from Senior Accountants through CFO and COO level executives. We partner with companies across healthcare, CPG, real estate, construction, manufacturing, and hospitality on both permanent and contract searches. We are a young, growing firm, and we are looking for our next recruiter to grow with us.

This is a ground floor seat at a startup. You will work directly alongside the Managing Director, learning how searches are run from intake to offer and how a recruiting firm is built. You will not be starting from zero: we have hot, active searches ready for you on day one. You will begin by sourcing for those roles, then take on more ownership as you ramp up.

• Source and engage qualified candidates for active searches using Linked In Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen candidates and assess fit for skills, experience, and motivation
• Present candidates and partner with the Managing Director on submissions
• Manage candidates through the interview and offer process
• Build and maintain a strong network of finance, accounting, and operations talent
• Over time, grow into full desk ownership, including client relationships

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with high volume outreach
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
• Eager to learn and open to coaching
• Based in the Atlanta area and able to work a hybrid schedule

• Accounting and finance recruiting experience
