Unitus Security is seeking a motivated, results-driven High-Volume Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and help us identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent for our growing operations.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understands that successful recruiting requires more than posting jobs and waiting for applications.

We are looking for someone who can build pipelines, engage candidates, move quickly, stay organized, and consistently turn qualified applicants into successful hires.

As a High-Volume Recruiter with Unitus Security, you will support staffing needs across our 24/7 security operations. You will work closely with Human Resources and operational leadership to understand immediate and upcoming staffing needs and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Our environment moves quickly. Priorities can change, new opportunities can develop, and staffing needs may require immediate attention. You must be comfortable managing a large candidate pipeline while maintaining strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for security professionals and other assigned positions

Source, screen, interview, and advance qualified candidates through the hiring process

Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and anticipated staffing needs

Conduct individual and group recruiting sessions

Coordinate and participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting initiatives

Develop relationships with workforce organizations, career centers, schools, and other community partners

Utilize job boards, referrals, direct sourcing, and creative recruiting strategies to identify candidates

Maintain consistent candidate communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process

Partner with operational leadership to understand staffing priorities and position requirements

Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, hiring results, and other recruiting metrics

Help create a positive, efficient, and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, persistent, and comfortable working with a sense of urgency.

You should have:

Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional organization and follow-through

The ability to manage a large number of candidates at different stages of the hiring process

Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and online recruiting tools

Confidence communicating with candidates and operational leadership

The ability to prioritize changing staffing needs without losing sight of the candidate experience

A proactive mindset - you look for candidates rather than waiting for candidates to find you

Experience recruiting within security, hospitality, property management, facilities, healthcare, logistics, staffing, retail, or another high-volume service environment is a plus.

Success in this position means maintaining a healthy and consistent candidate pipeline
, responding quickly to staffing needs, reducing vacancies, and moving qualified candidates efficiently from application to hire.
