Sales Hatch is looking for a motivated Recruiter to help find great talent and grow our recruitment division. You’ll manage the recruiting process from sourcing and initial outreach through interviews, offers, and placement.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, stays organized, and brings urgency and ownership to their work.

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess experience, qualifications, interest, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates with clear summaries of their backgrounds.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers informed.
• Follow up consistently to gather feedback and move searches forward.
• Support offer discussions and stay connected with candidates through their start dates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and work toward placement goals.

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
• Excellent organization and consistent follow-through.
• A proactive, competitive mindset and willingness to learn.
• The ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
• Recruiting, staffing, or sales experience preferred.

• Base salary plus placement commissions.
