We are currently hiring a Senior Corporate Recruiter to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! This role will serve as a dedicated talent partner to the Purchasing Power business, supporting hiring needs across a variety of corporate functions while proactively building talent pipelines for future growth. You will partner directly with business leaders to understand their goals, develop market intelligence, and build talent communities before roles ever open.

This is a hybrid role based in our Atlantic Station office in Atlanta. You become deeply embedded with your business partners, taking time to understand their goals, challenges, and talent needs.

Whether it's industry events, community groups, referrals, or professional associations, you're always expanding your network and creating opportunities to connect with top talent. Experience supporting retail, eCommerce, merchandising, finance, accounting, marketing, product, technology, or other corporate business functions is highly valued. You're resourceful, self-directed, and proactive. You identify opportunities before they become requests and bring market insights and creative solutions to the table. Most importantly, you're energized by innovation and actively embrace AI as part of your recruiting toolkit. You're constantly exploring new ways to leverage AI to improve sourcing strategies, personalize candidate outreach, streamline recruiting operations, and deliver better hiring outcomes.
