This role is responsible for strategically sourcing top talent for critical roles within the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop effective staffing strategies and leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify both active and passive candidates. The position requires strong business acumen and the ability to provide expert guidance on market trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
- Identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Provide market intelligence to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior sourcing team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional TA teams.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Adaptability in ambiguous environments
Candidates with experience sourcing for AI or Crypto roles are highly preferred, along with a background in both agency and corporate environments.
