* ** A Brief Overview
** The Lead Program Manager, Business Conduct and Ethics is a leader on the Tri Net Business Conduct and Ethics ("BC&E") team. The successful candidate will be able to review and respond to colleague questions, concerns, and gifts, entertainment, and/or conflict of interest disclosures. The successful candidate will also be able to conduct high-quality investigations into allegations of unethical or illegal conduct, will possess a sound knowledge of corporate governance principles, laws, and regulatory frameworks, and will be able to contribute to BC&E's programs relating to enterprise-wide ethics and compliance policies (e.g., the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics), Code training, employee communications (e.g., the BC&E Insight series), ethics ambassadors, Ethics Champion Award, case management, ethical culture surveys, reporting to Board members and others.

As the Lead Program Manager, you will play a critical role in promoting ethical behavior, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, and investigating allegations of misconduct. You will lead complex investigations into allegations of ethical violations, fraud, misconduct, conflicts of interest, and other compliance-related matters with no supervision. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance and recommendations to senior management regarding ethics and compliance matters, as well as serving as a liaison on BC&E matters with other internal and external stakeholders.
