We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to lead HR support for traveling teams responsible for setting up new data center locations. This role will oversee workforce coordination, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations while partnering closely with site leadership to ensure a positive employee experience throughout each project.

Lead HR operations supporting multiple data center start-up projects

Manage and develop an HR Generalist while partnering with operational leadership

Play a key role in building and supporting traveling teams across multiple locations

Drive employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives

Support new site launches and employee transitions between projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Operations

Lead HR support for traveling teams assigned to new data center start-up projects

Oversee staffing coordination, employee onboarding, orientation, attendance processes, and HR records

Manage, coach, and develop an HR Generalist to ensure consistent and effective HR support

Partner with site leadership to address employee relations matters, performance concerns, and workforce challenges

Oversee employee investigations and disciplinary actions in partnership with regional HR leadership

Provide guidance to operational leaders on company policies, HR procedures, performance management, and employee development

Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to ensure employees receive consistent support throughout their assignments

Coordinate workforce planning and employee transitions between projects and locations

Monitor attendance, staffing needs, and employee relations trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Provide regular workforce updates, employee relations insights, and HR recommendations to leadership

Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies

Travel to new data center locations to provide onsite HR leadership and support during start-up activities

Support change management initiatives and help establish consistent HR processes across multiple project sites

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in an HR leadership or management capacity

HR experience within warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, construction, or other operational environments

Strong background in employee relations, performance management, investigations, and HR compliance

Experience coaching operational leaders and providing guidance on employee-related matters

Ability to manage multiple HR priorities across different locations or projects

Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
