Job Overview

Lead Data Analyst Net is a leading provider of comprehensive human resources solutions for small to midsize businesses, enabling clients to outsource HR functions to a strategic partner.

• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications for data solutions.
• Collaborate with business units and information architects to design and implement data models, flows, and integration processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports; provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision‑making.
• Promote data‑driven decision‑making and best practices across the organization; communicate findings to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation; devise and implement strategies to enhance data quality, privacy, and security.
• Maintain conceptual data models and support data governance initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in information science, data management, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or computer programming.
• At least 2 years of experience with database warehousing and related systems.
• Strong knowledge of data management concepts (governance, quality, integration, master data management).
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques; experience with ETL and data pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and implementation of controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Work may be performed remotely or onsite in Atlanta, GA. Employees work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable home or office setting and must have reliable Internet service.

Salary range: $87,600 to $175,300, depending on location, skills, and experience. Tri Net offers standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock purchase plan, paid time off, and holiday pay.
