• Experience playing the scrum master role for at least 4 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Working within an agile software engineering environment.
• Experience in conducting daily SCRUM (one to two teams).
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, Dev Ops functional and technical expertise and ability to work with multi‑skilled professionals within and across Scrum teams.
• Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
• Expertise in modeling/mapping business processes both as is and to be.
• Significant experience with both traditional waterfall SDLC and ability to effectively interface with all levels of business and IT.
• Use aspects of Jira and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) to manage the Wiki, Boards, Backlogs, Sprints and Delivery Plans to create efficiencies for your team and their daily activities.
• Utilize grooming and story pointing to manage capacity planning and planned leave of the team to ensure proper work item allocation and time management.
• Accountable for understanding and coordinating all technology deliverable activity for assigned project.
• Understand what is being delivered and own the creation of the plan.
• Participate as core team member, ensuring overall successful delivery for the project.
• Create and communicate the technology delivery plan to core team peers, the delivery team and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report progress against the plan.
• Exceptional writing, communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment.
• Excellent facilitation and organizational skills.
