Summary

We’re hiring a Remote Support Desk Associate to provide friendly, entry-level assistance to customers and internal teams. In this fully remote role, you’ll respond to common support inquiries through email or chat, offer basic help like password resets and resource guidance, and ensure requests are recorded and routed properly. Job Responsibilities
