Building High Performance Cybersecurity Teams across the East Coast (US)

We are seeking a Director of IT Field Services to lead hardware lifecycle operations across a large, multi-site environment. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing procurement, deployment, support, and end-of-life management of thousands of devices. You will manage a talented team of technicians, mobile device specialists, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient technology support.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Mentor team members to achieve technical excellence and high-quality service.
  • Develop and execute strategies for hardware procurement and lifecycle management.
  • Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective agreements.
  • Oversee device setup and rollout with minimal disruption.
  • Implement proactive hardware lifecycle strategies.
  • Manage timely replacement and secure data destruction of devices.
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory with robust asset tracking.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for performance, cost, and satisfaction.
  • Report insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
