About Our Practice

Finnegan’s Electrical and Computer Technology is part of our work in AI, Electronics, and Information Technology. Protecting IP is crucial. With decades of experience in computer hardware and software, we help clients develop, patent, and license technologies.

• 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB.
• At least 4 years of solid litigation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree required.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• USPTO registration number preferred.

Base annual pay range: $310,000 – $390,000. Full medical, financial, and other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
