About the Company: We’re a performance-driven, customer-focused service organization expanding rapidly into new markets. We’re now bringing our marketing operations fully in-house — and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own that growth engine end-to-end.

The Opportunity: This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to lead all digital marketing strategy and execution for a company that’s scaling fast. You’ll manage paid campaigns, analyze performance daily, and drive measurable results that directly impact revenue and help us grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSAs)
• Develop zip-code-targeted campaigns to drive consistent inbound volume
• Write and test high-performing ad copy and static visuals
• Monitor and adjust spend, keywords, and bids daily/hourly as needed
• Oversee SEO, Google Business Profile, reviews, and local presence
• Report KPIs and ROI directly to leadership
• Scale campaigns responsibly as the company expands into new territories

What You’ll Bring:

• 4–6 years of digital marketing experience in a service-based environment (home services or similar)
• Proven success managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets
• Mastery of Google Ads
  , Analytics (GA4), and tracking tools
• Creative and analytical mindset — able to craft, test, and scale campaigns quickly
• Strong communication skills and initiative to drive results independently
• Full-time, on-site commitment (no remote)
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States
