We’re seeking to connect an Agile Scrum Program Manager with a leading technology organization on a direct hire basis. The role is hybrid and located in Atlanta, GA. As an Agile Scrum Program Manager, you will join a passionate team dedicated to driving organizational agility and success across cross‑functional programs.

Base pay range

$/yr - $/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate program‑level planning sessions and manage program increment (PI) planning along with quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate program‑level dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple agile teams.
  • Champion best practices in Agile/Scrum, coaching Scrum Masters and team members to improve effectiveness.
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives within the program.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between development teams and executive leadership, managing stakeholder communication and expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A‑CSM) is highly desired; additional certifications (SAFe, PMI‑ACP, PSM) preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with at least 2 years in agile program management.
  • Proven success in leading agile transformations in complex, multi‑team environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile tools such as Jira.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
