Oracle MDM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle MDM Consultant to lead the implementation and management of Oracle Master Data Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Customer Hub, Product Hub, or Supplier Data Hub, and will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle MDM solutions, including Customer Hub, Product Hub, or Supplier Hub.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze master data requirements.
• Configure and customize MDM components such as data models, match/merge rules, and workflows.
• Integrate Oracle MDM with enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms.
• Support data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and stewardship initiatives.
• Define and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle MDM implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH), Product Data Hub (PDH), or Supplier Hub.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, data modeling, and integration tools such as SOA and ODI.
• Experience in data quality management, governance, and stewardship processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM).
• Background in enterprise data architecture or large-scale data integration projects.
