Job Description

The Director of Visa Spend Clarity Enterprise (VSCE) partners with Visa stakeholders to provide product expertise to our white‑label banks in North America. The role involves:

  • Partnering with key Visa internal teams—Account Management, Specialist Sales, and Regional Product—to deliver strategic VSCE product support in North America.
  • Fostering and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with VSCE white‑label partner banks, gaining a deep understanding of their Commercial Card strategy and influencing their vision for card technology solutions aligned with VSCE and broader Visa product strategy.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the VSCE product strategy and roadmap to position Visa Spend Clarity Enterprise effectively in response to customer requirements.
  • Participating in regular joint executive meetings to review strategic partnership opportunities and communicate the VSCE community roadmap.
  • Working closely with the Spend Clarity Enterprise Product Leadership team to provide market feedback, input to solution designs, insights on internal and external factors impacting client sentiment, and inputs to commercialization decisions.
  • Leading the VSCE Product Consultants in North America, managing tactical outcomes such as enhancement requests, testing, and deployment of new features.
  • Providing testing and deployment support for new features and coordinating activities between the Product and Service Delivery teams when required.

This is a hybrid position; the expected number of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8‑10 years with an Advanced Degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
  • University qualification preferred, or technical field experience with 10‑12 years of progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a corporate business and/or SaaS environment; prior product management experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills for implementing and assessing operational impacts of process changes.
  • Base-level understanding of common SaaS technical concepts (e.g., web‑services, APIs, Apps, federated access).
  • Experience with Spend Clarity or a white‑label platform and familiarity with Agile development methodology.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and planning skills.
  • Functional domain experience in corporate spend management processes and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, lead, influence others, and set direction.
  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Oracle, Word) and preparing collateral for internal and external audiences.
  • Experience with complex financial systems (e.g., Cognos, Oracle) is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong business ethics and success in core competencies.
Additional Information

Work Authorization: Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Relocation: This role does not provide relocation assistance.

Work Hours: Varying upon department needs.

Travel Requirements: 5‑10% of the time.
