We are seeking a seasoned data science and analytics manager to guide the analytics and data science teams on Circle’s payments products and compliance efforts. You will manage a team of four to eight people, work with data scientists and analysts to build automated processes, and influence product and compliance strategy.

• Own the data analytics and data science efforts for our payments pillar and compliance team.
• Ensure that your team’s work is technically sound, impactful, and aligned with Circle’s business objectives.
• Provide feedback that helps improve team output and supports professional growth.
• Be a trusted partner to product, engineering, business development, and compliance teams.
• Build rituals and structures for a smooth, organized, and impactful team.
• Collaborate with other data leaders to build a world‑class data team.

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, with 3+ years managing reporting and analytics/data science functions.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, such as R or Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Uses data to speak the truth, even if inconvenient.
• Ability to partner cross‑functionally effectively.
• Delivers timely, direct feedback to help the team improve.
• Experience in payments is highly preferred.

Base Pay Range: $205,000 – $265,000.
