We are seeking a Solutions Engineer (SE) to join our dynamic Go-to-Market team. This role combines technical expertise, cybersecurity passion, and sales skills, serving as the technical lead in pre-sales and post-sales processes. You will develop relationships with clients, provide expert guidance, and help transform opportunities into success stories.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead between clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Position Darktrace’s value against client pains.
  • Qualify and drive new business opportunities with the account team.
  • Address prospect and customer issues proactively.
  • Establish trust as a technical authority across all client levels.
  • Conduct discovery and design deployment strategies tailored to clients.
  • Travel regionally or internationally to client sites as health guidelines permit.

    • Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 1 year in a software sales engineering role; cybersecurity experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, on-premises and cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for cybersecurity trends and continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPPIC is a plus.
  • Degree in a STEM field from a reputable university.
